Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours pf placement. Backorders are shipped at the Customer’s request only. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance and handling charges.
Return Policy
We accept items that have manufactures defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and free of all customer markings, tags, or stickers. All returns must a have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is obtained by contacting the customer service at (302) 668-5128. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any return, deemed “saleable” is subject to a restocking fee or may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Items discontinued by OrgasmicCity or the manufacturer are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Authorizations expire 30 days from the issue date.
